We are delighted to announce that our application to become a member of the Law Society's Quality Scheme has been successful.
The Law Society’s Solicitors Conveyancing Quality Scheme is a quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. The scheme is intended to enhance the reputation of conveyancing solicitors, provide reassurance about their integrity and introduce practice standards to create a trusted conveyancing community that will deter fraud and provide a more effective service for clients. Achieving this conveyancing quality kitemark will only strengthen the existing reputation of our property team.
The firm is divided into 5 teams:
Residential
and Commercial Conveyancing – Our conveyancing team of Marcus Fisher, Tamsin Braithwaite
and Susan Gaynor-Smith have over 30 years experience between them in conveyancing.
They will be pleased to give you a competitive quote for
both sales and purchases. We understand that your home
is your most important asset and we aim to take the stress
out of moving house.
Family
Law – Headed by Richard Evans. He
is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel, Resolution
and is a Resolution accredited specialist. Richard is assisted
by Helen Magee. Richard and Helen deal with all aspects
of family law including financial matters, the division
of assets on divorce and matters relating to children. We may be able to provide public funding (previously Legal Aid) for matrimonial and family matters.
Wills
and Probate – Headed by
Stephen William Climo and assisted by Susan Gaynor-Smith
and Elaine McMahon. Members of this team can help with
the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate,
elderly client advice and tax related matters.
Accident
Claims – Headed by Edward Gaynor-Smith;
Edward will be pleased to discuss taking on your case on
a no win, no fee basis. He is a member of the Law Society
Personal Injury Panel, guaranteeing you will receive a
first rate service.
Crime – Headed
by Edward Gaynor-Smith; all aspects of Magistrates' and
Crown Court work including regulatory matters. Public funding (previously Legal Aid) may be available.
Conditional fee schemes may be available for personal injury and other types of litigation.
