Welcome
to the Gaynor-Smith Owen website. Established for over 30
years we have 11 specialist fee earners. Although firmly
based in Malvern we have clients all over the country including
London and also as far afield as Hong Kong. We have made
a large investment in computerisation not only for our accounts
department but also for software in various departments of
the practice.
We may be able to provide Community Legal Service Funding
(previously known as Legal Aid) for matrimonial and family
matters and a conditional fee scheme for personal injury
and employment litigation.
The firm is divided into five teams:
Residential
Conveyancing – The department is
headed by Edward Gaynor-Smith, assisted by Tamsin Braithwaite
and Marcus Fisher. Tamsin and Marcus have over 30
years experience between them in conveyancing.
They will be pleased to give you a competitive quote for
both sales and purchases. We understand that your home
is your most important asset and we aim to take the stress
out of moving house.
Family
Law – Headed by Richard Evans (who
is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel), assisted
by Helen Magee. Richard and Helen deal with all aspects
of family law including financial matters, the division
of assets on divorce and matters relating to children.
