Our conveyancing team led by Tamsin Braithwaite has considerable legal experience in buying, selling, transferring and property re-mortgage. We can also offer legal advice to clients wishing to enter the buy-to-let market.
Gaynor-Smith Owen & Co has successfully held the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation since it was introduced in 2011. We were the first local firm of solicitors to receive accreditation. The scheme is intended to enhance the reputation of conveyancing solicitors, provide reassurance about their integrity and introduce practice standards to create a trusted conveyancing community that will deter fraud and provide a more effective service to clients. Achieving this quality mark strengthens the existing reputation of our property team.
We advise clients on all aspects of the law relating to divorce and separation, civil partnerships and pre-nuptial agreements. This includes expert and sympathetic advice on financial issues arising from divorce and separation and disputes relating to children.
